Jamie Ledet Laird has been with the firm since 2004 and specializes in developing opening statements and closing arguments as well as analyzing and reporting on mock trial and focus group data. She is skilled in identifying case themes and developing effective case strategy for complex litigation.

Jamie received her Master's degree in Communication Studies with a main concentration in Legal Communication from the University of Kansas where she was also an undergraduate public speaking instructor. Her educational background in Communication Studies and her experience teaching public speaking at the university level adds a unique perspective to the firm. This training affords her the ability to select juries, prepare witnesses, and analyze mock jury deliberations. She is experienced in observing and evaluating jury deliberations, designing and evaluating mock trial and focus group research, conducting post-trial juror interviews and creating supplemental jury questionnaires.

Jamie is a member of the American Society of Trial Consultants.
