Matthew T. McClendon, M.A.
Matt McClendon is an organizational psychologist with recognized expertise in jury selection, case theme development and case strategy evaluation. Before joining DGA as senior trial consultant, Matt co-founded Jury Strategies, a Tulsa-based full service trial consulting firm serving Oklahoma, Texas, and Arkansas. Matt's range of experience is broad and includes cases in intellectual property, general business, product liability, insurance bad faith, employment litigation, and oil and gas litigation.
Prior to trial consulting, Matt worked as a management consultant, providing strategic planning and organizational development services to a handful of Fortune 500 clients. His experience advising top-level decision makers within both the legal and business communities provides Matt a unique insight into how jurors analyze and interpret complex commercial litigation.
Matt received his Master's Degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from the University of Tulsa. Matt possesses advanced training in experimental research methods, individual and group assessment, attitude measurement, and personality theory.
Matt has extensive experience conducting CLE programs and workshops on a variety of topics including case theme development, voir dire techniques, and jury selection strategies.
Matt is a member of the American Society of Trial Consultants.
